Yes. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered. For example, if the car was delivered with 3 bars of fuel, it must be returned with 3 bars — not necessarily full tank unless it was provided full.

If the fuel level upon return is lower than when delivered, a refueling charge will be applied based on Min’S Transportation current fuel rates.

Fuel type depends on the car model usually petrol or diesel. Always check with the Min Transportation staff or the fuel cap label before refueling.

Yes, additional drivers are allowed at no extra cost. However, they must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver.

Yes, you’re allowed to drive beyond Kuching city limits  however, outstation charges apply once the vehicle crosses Serian town border (defined as the outer boundary of Kuching zone).

Below are the one-time outstation fees based on destination:

“One-Time” charge means the fee covers one round trip only.
If the car leaves Kuching again on a separate trip, the outstation fee will be charged again.

To extend your rental:

• You must contact Min Transportation first to check availability.

• Extension payment must be made in full before the new rental period begins.

Driving without confirmation or unpaid extensions will be considered a breach of rental terms and may result in penalties.

🔧 For Damage:

• All repair costs will be borne by the renter, based on current market rates.

• The renter is fully responsible for lodging a police report and insurance report.

• Any processing fees, police access reports, or insurance-related payments must be fully covered by the renter.

Failure to report incidents promptly or follow the correct procedure may result in additional penalties or voided coverage.
